No breakfast....No pool....Same rate..

Don’t be fooled by the basic roadside exterior. The inside is completely remodeled. Service was excellent and the rooms were very clean. The espresso machine in the breakfast area is available at all hours and was my favorite amenity. My wife and children enjoyed the pool, which is open by appointment.

the hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly, unlike the owner. I noticed a double charge on my card and I went to ask why and the owner tried to tell me that they were pending charges to which I answered that I understood and that it was not the first time I traveled but because there were two charges for the same amount and on the same day which he started yelling at me and when I defended myself he kicked me out of the hotel. I don't know what the managers deal is but we are furious that they wouldn't let my husband, our 3 young children and myself, have ice cream and cake +presents here in celebration of my oldest daughter's 6th birthday (in our non refundable roomud83eudd2c). We live in town and don't even want to stay the night. Oh the scandal... a family of 5 alone in 1 room together for an afternoon with only a king sized bed. This place is ridiculously restrictive and greedy. I would definitely avoid it if you value your freedom and your privacy. NO GUESTS ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. ??? What are we in Utah?

Pool was too cold experience..before I got the room I specifically asked if the pool was working which staff confirmed, when I took my family ...l had to take my son and daughter out of the pool since they could not stand it you know how kids are they love pools and for them wanting to get out... Well it tells you it's cold...... The staff denied it was cold even after several of us customers went to report it... staff tried to speak to the owner but denied a refund ...this act of dishonesty really discuraged me from ever coming back this is how companies loose their business
