Travelodge by Wyndham Ruidoso

The place was a disgrace! Wyndham would have a heart attack if they saw this place. I found most places in town were run down and well used! For a destination town, in very poor shape.

Do not stay here, you call and they say pool is open NOT TRUE it's all messed up , no water , smells. Asked if grill worked she said they dont want to buy propane. No ice machine and NO hot water in room.WORST PLACE IN RUIDOSO...

Outside wasnt great but inside wasnt horrible

This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in! The room we were assigned was not ready, way after our 3:00 pm check in time. We asked for another and the front desk attendant was rude and said she only had one more room left. We entered and smelled of smoke. We don't smoke! The room was dirty, no towels, and the walls were gross! We wanted to leave but they would not refund our money! I called the. 1-800 number to complain and after our conversation they were supposed to call the front desk and get back to me. They never did! We were furious. In the morning we realized there was no shower head, no iron or cover on the ironing board! After another call to 1-800 they reduced the stay to 40.00. Dropping our membership! Totally not worth saving a few dollars for a rat hole. Forgot to mention needles outside and toilets near the trash area. What a dump!

Very satisfied with my family's visit. They gave us a great price. rooms were clean and up to date. recommend to everyone......
