AutoZone Auto Parts

Love getting parts with them. But wish the lines were shorter but also need to sanitize a little bit more but other than that it's great.

NO STARS bad customer service. I called on the phone about 6 ton jack stands, they told me it was in stock, and that they will hold the product for me untill I get there. I give my name and number then went over there. I asked about the 6 ton jack stands that was on hold for me. The guy working there tells me he doesn't know any product jack stands on hold by my name. To top it off, he tells me he never heard of 6 ton jack stands. I thought this guy was joking or messing with me but he insisted he never seen or heard of 6 ton jack stands. Ridiculous. I ended up buying the 6 ton jack stands from Carquest auto parts instead shortly after. They were super awesome and had good customer service way better than AutoZone!!

Sometimes there is a pretty long line. Wait time kinda sucks. Good place

Done shopping here. I mean I dont buy thousands of dollars in parts. But everytime I come here its been complicated to ask for assistance. A simple check engine light issue. Give me the diagnosis and a quote for the parts I need. That's it. I didn't ask to rebuild my car. ud83eudd2c✌ I'm out.

Put me on hold numerous times waiting till I just hung up. Waited each time for 30+ min on the phone. Explained each time that I’m on my way through from colorado to Arizona and car broke down and needed the parts ASAP to get them to pep boys so I could get it fixed and get to work. Each time being told that they would have them in with their next shipment and when told it would be there after 4 times and it’s not I’m fed up!! If I had known it would have taken this long and I’d have to pay this much for a hotel waiting on these parts I would have ordered them myself through somewhere else! Phone was ringing nonstop with no one to answer it when I went in. Absolutely unhelpful staff. Never shopping with autozone again.
