Scammers. If you pay for anything above their lowest option make sure you pay attention when going through. Twice I’ve had to go back and tell these guys they didn’t give me the wash I paid for, and they made me go through again. The second wash each time ended up being the legitimate wash.nnI don’t blame the workers, I think their manager might be pushing them to rush people through and hope we don’t notice when we don’t get the wash we paid for.nnIf they’ve done this to me twice, they’re definitely doing it to other people.

I usually do my own car washing but after a long day I thought hey I’ll give this automated carwash a try. I went in paid then I saw that the workers take a sort of mop take the dirt off of somebody else’s car halfway dunk it in a bucket and then they apply the same to another person’s vehicle this already had me concerned just because I know when I wash my car I have a dirt trap at the bottom of the bucket to catch all the dirt. It didn’t really seem that they were dunking it all the way in and moving it to release the dirt. Then I went through the car wash came out went to the vacuuming since it is free, it is about the only nice thing I can say about it. As I review the vehicle there was dirt on the bottom of the side skirting, you can clearly see how the windshield was halfway cleaned and they put a really big scratch on my front bumper. I don’t think I’ll ever come back again and if you drive a Toyota Corolla, Camry or an Avalon please do not go to this car wash.

I feelt that when this place first opened the service was100 %nBetter then it is now. I leave with soap spot left on my car. And tbe back it still dirty.nI know you can do better because you did in the beginning

I always pay for the $20 wash but never get it. Not mad just wasting my money.
