Carl is fantastic! Whenever I have heating, cooling, or plumbing needs he is who I request! Always so helpful, great at communicating, clean and works whatever hours to complete the job! Truly does an amazing job!nThis time he installed a new AC/Heating Unit for me! He was informative and always keeping me in the loop about what was going on each step of the way!

Albert was great! A pipe burst in our crawl space at three in the morning and flooded our crawl space. First we had to get the water pumped out and finally contacted the office. He was efficient and friendly even after working all day. We definitely recommended him!

My parents heat pump quit working. We called Gering Plumbing and they determined that the compressor had gone out, was under warranty and was ordered. As soon as the compressor arrived, an appointment for installation was made. Marcus arrived on time and was very professional. He clearly explained what steps he was taking as he worked through the process of installation, wore a mask without me having to ask (which was GREATLY appreciated), and did a great job. The task was completed on time, well done, and I would have no trouble recommending Marcus.
