Apple Aire is a great family owned company! I decided to give them a call after reading all the great reviews, and the company is outstanding! They took care of installing a mini split unit in my garage gym. The entire staff is professional and worked extremely hard to make sure my project was a success. Dennis was especially good! He stayed on top of the project and was very easy to get a hold when I had questions. I would highly recommend using Apple Aire! You won’t be sorry!
Excellent customer service. Furnace went out in the middle of the night on a freezing winter evening and they were there within the hour. Replaced furnaces and we use them for ongoing air conditioning, water heater and furnace checks. Professional. Friendly. Family owned. Fair and honest pricing. Have used for the last 7 years. Would highly recommend to all. The good guys you can depend on.
Apple Aire is terrific. Look, it is 2020, so it was a gamble to think installing a new furnace and AC to replace our very old units this year would go smoothly. We gathered several estimates and did a lot of research because we were concerned about picking the right company. From beginning to end, Apple Aire provided great service and I am so glad we chose them. Dylan was responsive throughout (which is a big deal in this industry) and answered every question we had, did not try to oversell us, provided a competitive price quote, quality work, cleaned up, was polite and kind in all interactions, addressed issues we brought to his attention, and made the experience better than expected. There were no complaints, no excuses, and they instilled confidence. Shane, Derrick, Dennis, (apologies for forgetting the woman who scheduled) were all great. When the work was done, the office promptly arranged for inspection with the city (when some companies bid doing the work without guarantee it would pass inspection) and offered a solid warranty on product/services and provided financing options. I am confident we made the right choice and would recommend Apple Aire without hesitation. Thanks for the great experience!
Very professional, showed up when they said they would be there. The staff that arrived was very friendly and respectful. We had a mess of a heating system in our crawl space. Apple Aire removed the system and cleaned everything up for the new system to be installed. Even though the space was difficult, they did a great job putting it in neatly. They also installed a new AC unit and moved it to a better location from the house. When the job was finished, they left the work area clean, and explained how to use the new thermostat. I would have no hesitation recommending this company.
Scheduled service on our whole home humidifier & a furnace maintenance. The humidifier hadn’t been working for over a year. Tyler communicated by text to let me know he was on time and on his way. He was prompt and professional. I appreciated the way he not only explained what was wrong with the unit, he showed me as well. He gave me a clear understanding of the cost before he performed the work. During the furnace maintenance, he discovered the gas output was too high, causing the furnace to shut off and on. Both the furnace and my whole home humidifier are working perfectly now. In fact, I am already feeling more comfortable in my home! I was so pleased with Tyler’s service, I made an appointment for my air conditioner maintenance at the end of May.nI strongly recommend Apple Aire for any and all HVAC services.
