The customer service here is fantastic, which is surprising for a “drive through” car wash. They offer complimentary vacuums AND drying towels, mat clips by the vacuums for some cleaning, and a selection of washes. They often have an attendant to quickly walk through the touch screen system (which isn’t hard to navigate anyway), which is great for those of us in very low vehicles.nnTo underscore the customer focus: the card system was down one day, and I had no cash. Instead of turning me away, they just offered me a free wash. I have been a loyal customer ever since.
I have been a long time customer at this location, and I’m very satisfied with the service that they provide. The employees there are awesome! They are very welcoming & friendly. I have met some really good people at this car wash. And a big “shout-out” to the manager Laura, she is the best!
I have came to this location for Three years now and have always received the best quality of business. I was surprised to learn today that Bucky’s had sold to a different company as they have been in the neighborhood for over 10 years but was happy to learn that they kept Laura and her crew! Laura has always went above and beyond to take care of my family and I and her crew does the same. I will remain a customer as long as they keep these great people around!
It's my new favorite car wash. All employees are super nice and helpful. It has free vacuums and dry cloths.
My carwash attendant Adams was really fanomaial quick and had great customer service ill definitely be back
