I am blown away by the service and quality I recieved today! I called the office needing my hot water heater looked at PRONTO. The technician was here within 40 mins!!! He was polite, knowledgeable and asked me if I needed anything else in my house looked at prior to leaving. The quick response and the service from the office staff and technician have made me a customer for life!
Highly recommend A-1 for all your plumbing needs. About a year ago I dealt with another plumbing company and they tried to talk me into replacing both my water heater and boiler for a big chunk of change. Cody serviced my boiler and gave it a clean bill of health for a great price and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Great work and honesty makes me a return customer. Thank you guys!!!
Troy was great diagnosing my issue. I liked that he consulted with others on shutting down my 30 yr furnace and letting me know it needed replaced. He was so friendly and sympathetic . I thought furnaces lasted forever. Haha! More happy friendly guys came to install it. Matt and Max were also exceptional. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and safe with the installation. Best of all they all said they love what they do. Very pleasant the whole time.
This company did a great job for us. They lent us some space heaters when our furnace went out. Matt and Jose did a fabulous job putting in the new furnace. They answered all our questions and walked us through the new unit.
Troy was very respectful, nice, and did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and seeing. For everything that he did, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
