The folks at B&B have always been extremely helpful. Even when I am doing the work myself they answer my questions and offer suggestions to help make the project easier and better. Very professional. When I do call on the for service calls they are prompt and the work is explained and done well.
For me they were fantastic. On time every time. I Rent my home so am not sure on the cost of things I have had done so can't comment on that. All employees were polite, quick, and tried to explain to me what they were doing since I like to learn and they explained to me while working so I could learn. Would recommend to anyone
Everyone is great at this company and they do an excellent job
The plumber came out to look at our water heater, said we’d have to get a new gas valve installed or a new water heater, left his number. I tried calling a couple times, called main business number, no call back!nCalled another plumbing business, they came out within an hour, tested the water heater, fixed a minor problem, got it started. Told us we didn’t need a new water heater yet, or a gas valve!nI felt scammed!
After coming to my house and fixing a simple sink clog, they left trash all over my bathroom like used gloves and remnants from what clogged the sink on the floor. Used MY towel to clean up the gunk (funny an entire company dedicated to plumbing and heating hasn’t figure out a way to not be messy and bring their own clean up equipment) then left without anyone else home with the door wide open. They did not just leave it unlocked. Door opened.nUnprofessional. My friend unclogged the sink the first time, she’s not a plumber, and was able to fix it with less of a mess.nI would NOT recommend this company to anyone, especially for big project seeing as they have no professionalism or cleanliness on small ones.
