Called on a Saturday while the website says they are open. Answers phone by mistake and tells me good luck. Lol. What a joke!
I have used Bain Brothers for several projects. I have always found Phil to be honest and competent. He works like he cares about the job and you.
Employee showed up twenty minutes late and did a sloppy patch job on a pipe in our kitchen sink. He left the work space dirty and didn't even smooth out the sealing compound. It was all gunky in our sink drain and pieces of it are still coming off a week later. The WORST part was that he billed us a $50 trip charge to drive from Rifle to Silt! We have had this same plumber in our home on three different occasions prior to this and we were never charged a trip charge. Not only this, but he charged me for a full hour, after showing up late and leaving a mess in our kitchen.
