Element Basalt - Aspen

This was our first time in CO and we loved it. The hotel was nice and clean. The entire staff was so nice especially Sean at the front desk. He went above and beyond for our entire stay and I can’t put into words how much we appreciate him. We would definitely stay here again.

Sean was amazing. Great customer service and fantastic rooms with everything you need close to the hotel. Highly recommend for affordable comfortable private yet social relaxing yet adventurous place to stay and rest your head. Basalt/aspen big thanks to Sean at front desk abs team!

One of the best hotel experiences. It was supposed to be a transit hotel but we decided to stay four nights in total after the good impression. Bikes to rent, free parking, Bus to Aspen literally 1 min away, Supermarkets/bars/restaurants around the corner, rooms are specious and have two tables, which allowed the two of us to work at the same time in the room, nice meeting room, awesome gym, beautiful hot tub, and they take Covid seriously. Once they made a mistake with our hot tub reservation (yes annoying, but the right way in these times!) but offered us two beers instead. Good job! The whole team was very nice and helpful. We will definitely visit this place again!

It was super clean. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't too bad, I wish there was a waffle maker lol. The water is so hot and such a hard stream !!! Loved it. The only complaint is that you hear outside noise big time!! I sleep hard so it didn't bother me. I would definitely stay here again.
