Holiday Inn Express Glenwood Springs (Aspen Area)

We stayed 2 nights over Valentine's weekend 2021. The rooms were very clean and the location and breakfast are top-notch.nMy girlfriend and I left a few bath towels and hoodies accidentally. They mailed the items back to us here in Centennial. Most appreciated. Will definitely stay again.

Our room was very clean. Housekeeping refresh the towels for us.nStuff was very helpful and nice. The outside pool and hot tub were very clean as well and very enjoyable.nBreakfast was good It could have been served a lot warmer for me but it was good!

Front desk was not friendly, as a rewards member we usually get a water bottle complimentary but the two girls wanted to charge my room for it. No welcome introduction when arriving. No coffee and when asked I was told to make it in my room, so I had to ask for a coffee pod for the machine in the room, not friendly nor helpful. Something as simple as a water and coffee is just standard. Room was bottom floor by doors so it was noisy and kids running around. Not impressed with this hotel, and I usually am impressed with my stays at the Holiday inns. Will not stay where I feel like I am putting people out, this place is not your standard Holiday Inn, will not be back.

Enjoyed our stay here. Hot tub was nice rooms were nice, food was great! Close to everything. Our kids had a blast exploring the hotel! Thanks!!

Nice hotel close to the Glenwood cavern's. Was newly updated and rooms laid out well. Ask for a view of the gondola's if you got kiddo's.
