This past fall we went to Sunburst for a detail and to have them put our snow tires on. They performed the detail, which was good and wrapped our 'summer' tires up and left them in the car for us when we picked up the vehicle. This Spring we brought the car to Toyota for a service and asked them to put the 'summer' tires back on. The Toyota service department said that the tires we had were the wrong ones and were completely bald. Sunburst took our higher quality tires and gave us unusable worn out tires in return. I will never go back to them for service and you shouldn't either. We went to speak to them about this and they denied doing this and did not offer anything to make it right. Shame on them.

The worst wash ever. Wash missed spots on the exterior that nobody addressed. Dashboard was cleaned with two different cleaners, one flat shine one gloss. Exterior vinyl and rubber had magcloride on it , they refused to address it, their add says they remove it. I got my truck home and cleaned all the rubber and vinyl in 10 minutes. Will actively tell others of my experience.

They did a great brake job for me. The staff were really helpful, kind and patient. I misunderstood an aspect of my bill and they kindly worked with me to both help me understand and resolve my questions. The job was done in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with (around this service & all past interactions with getting my oil changes, etc.) have been kind and professional. Strong recommendations for all of their services.

The experience was the most unprofessional.nThey got me in fast and had me wait over 2 hrs for a tire exchange. Then after I paid and was about to drive off I noticed a hubcap was missing. At the time of making me pay no one mentioned it happened. Not only did they make me pay full price. They didn't do anything to fix it either. No one was a face of the shop to make it right. Idk if they were trying to steal the part or just authentically broke it. They got funny when I walked back in and asked for the part to my car back. Didnt offer to help in any way. Didn't even call me back to fix it. Stay away from this shop AT ALL COSTS.
