I have been using this Carwash for many years. I know firsthand the constant maintenance and hard work required to keep this place running. This is an excellent, high quality Carwash that we are lucky to have here in Silt.nnMost of these complaints are related to a $30/$40 Debit/CC initial wash charge. At first glance, this initial charge may not seem like the best strategy, and I can almost understand why people would assume they are getting “ripped off.” In reality, though, this charge is a PROTECTIVE measure that is made by YOUR banks (not all, but some) to protect you the Carwash user, as well as the Carwash owner. Your bank makes an initial preset maximum charge to cover your account in the event you have insufficient funds to cover the total charge. It also protects you the Carwash user, in case you forget to turn off your card and the charges keep running. Once you finish your wash, YOUR bank will refund the difference within a couple of hours, so that you are only charged for the actual amount used.nnThat’s it. That’s how it works. It’s important to be aware, and necessary to protect our own hard earned accounts, but we could stand to take a little more time to understand how things work, and a lot less time assuming the worst in people!

Review for the pet wash - This was so convenient to wash our very dirty dog. You'll want to bring your own towels, and it is a little spendy, but you're paying for convenience. Our dog did not like the flooring at all (metal) so we brought an extra towel to lie down so she could stand on that. Would absolutely utilize regularly if we weren't just passing through with a dirty dog. They had some honey-peanut butter treats for a dollar, and a couple shampoos, conditioner, and so on. Taking one star away since there's no way to alter the temp of the water so it was pretty hot, and we had to kinda filter it through our hands to make sure it didn't burn her.

The place needed all the trash emptied. The pavement is filthy. Is there not a person managing this business?

Pet wash station was super convenient. Can’t believe it’s not a more common thing at car washes around the RFV
