Alpine Ridge Plumbing & Heating

I've used Alpine Ridge three times to date. The first time was due to walking into the basement at 2:00 am to find water all over the floor. I had no idea who to call, but found this business. Called very early before most people wake up. At O-dark thirty, Katie called and within a couple of hours, Brian showed up. He fixed the problem and talked to me. Instant connection. I decided to get a tankless water heater. He didn't push it. He was just honest and knowledgeable. Brian and his nephew showed up and got the job done. He also fixed an issue that a housing inspector missed when my house was built. A year later, I decided I wanted a water softener. Called Alpine Ridge once more. Again, good advice and a professional job. Katie is extremely responsive. I've never met her but I want to. I'm sure we'd be friends. Brian has his act together and does a great job. His nephew works hard and is a polite kid. Finally, I've never written a review for anyone or any company. This is the first time ever. Katie and Brian deserve my review.

Brian and Katie are two of the most professional people I have ever worked with.nI am a retired senior, widow and was extremely satisfied with the installation of a new water heater attached to my hot water boiler. Prices were excellent, they are punctual , got the job done in no time. THANK YOU ALL for a very plesant experience.

Brian was very courteous and professional, he came to give us a quote on installation of a gas line for the kitchen stove, he was very detailed and answered all my questions. Very punctual for performing the service, personable and overall a great experience, he took the time through the entire process to explain in detail what he was going to do and how it was going to end up looking and asked for input on the options available for my preference. Will call again for future needs!! Very happy to have found this company being new to the area, it is always an adventure when calling for services in the home, I hate doing it because you never know, but this company said what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and how much it was going to cost (gave a small range) and they came through with all of it. Thank you again! Now on to shopping for a gas stove, super excited!!!

I will from now on call this company to do ALL my future plumbing . They went out of their way to help us and I am so grateful for everything they did. They went above and beyond what they had to do and were as professional as can be. You won't be disappointed, they were great!
