My sister, C. Melchert, and I were in the midst of trying to organize our father's estate when there was a massive sewage back up in a basement toilet. Greg and Spencer were incredibly professional, friendly, and most of all, knowledgeable. They located the septic tank and determined that it needed pumping. They charged us nothing for their visit, even though they spent much more time figuring out the problem than the previous plumber we had called. We highly recommend Big Cat Plumbing!

Greg and Spencer are awesome! First call was at 11pm for my rental, they were onsite within 30 minutes. They were not able to repair at that time but were back the next day and had everything done quickly. They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and up front with work scope and costs. They are on my speed dial!!

Water heater sprung a leak so I called Big Cat and got a immediate response and they were able to come diagnose the problem and they promptly gave me a estimate that was reasonable and fair. They were able to replace the water heater the very next day which was great due to very cold weather spell hitting our area. I am beyond happy and pleased with the service they provided. I would call these guys in a heartbeat with any other problem that arises. Thanks Greg & Spencer, you guys are awesome!

After hours calls to most service companies are expensive and a long wait. I called and within 45 minutes they arrived all the time keeping me posted on arrival time. Greg was quick to fix the barn pump before the cold weather set in and saved the weekend for me with a professional, affordable a professional attitude and performance. I just tossed out all my cards for other plumbers Big Cat will be my go to from here on out.
