So nice. The staff were welcome and friendly. Upon entering, They are very accommodating. They are medical exemptions for asks. The rooms immediately gave off a warm smell with lavender. Very clean and friendly. The decor is very thawed out, and they have lots of amenities. They even have a list of doTERRA essential oils if you want. They've got their own food truck, and a breakfast bar which is included in your stay. They think everything through, all the way down to setting a brick of soapstone on top of the radiant heater in the bathroom so you can sit down your supplies without risk of anything getting hot.nI couldn't pick anything bad out about this place. It's quaint, unique, and exceptional customer service.

Always a treat to enjoy a get away weekend at Hospitality House. Wonderful ambience. Quiet setting and excellent breakfast offer delivered to our room. We opted for delicious breakfast burrito. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The Hospitality House is my go-to every time I come to Cripple Creek. The building itself is a beautiful piece of history, and the staff are all very nice and professional.nnI spent winter here in my new trailer and they were incredibly helpful. Propane can be refilled on site for the best prices around. Derek helped me out repeatedly through the season, without me even having to ask. He also offers winter-proofing, winterizing, and inspection services so there's value added there. There's a new dog run area too, which was great for Lilly.nMike & Rick are both great people! Very nice, and they make sound business decisions.

Don’t overlook this place! We decided to go to Cripple Creek last minute. As a result, every room at the casinos were booked. This was the last place to stay. The staff, starting with the first phone call, were extremely polite and professional. Great atmosphere and they have a food truck cater the breakfast. It was beautiful and very clean.
