We Would have stayed and Enjoyed Another Day. Had room booked but left 1st night. There was No Shelter or heated area to accommodate smokers. After Desk clerk was rude about it ... we drove home in the snow. It's a Shame it Was comfortable but for that it was 19° AND Wind BLASTING Parking lot was ice rink. Hope to try another time though
Very nice, clean room and nice workers. The rooms are decently sized as well. I would rate this 5 stars except that we could hear EVERYTHING that our next door neighbors were saying and doing. It may have just been our specific neighbors, or the walls are pretty thin. Also, I was excited about the hot tub, but it did not seem very clean (it was green) so I ended up skipping it.
Loud heater you could here guest above you just walking. Easily stranded if your expecting shuttle. I would not recommend staying if your are unable to drive yourself
Places to stay in Cripple Creek are hard to find, and this place is one of the best. Knowledgeable polite staff ....smooth check in. Walking distance to casinos and free shuttle.
Quiet night where we were in room 103. Usually louder. Enjoyed the recliner!!
