Rooms were not as advertised. Service was good. Bedding was lacking. Overall experience was good.
Check out is way early for a casino. Some of the staff were rude and very disrespectful. The rooms were great, clean, and decent size. The suites were the best! The royal suite was amazing and the best of all of them!
Staff is nice and sanitizing procedures are in place. I do like the cleanlinessnnBur, rooms are small and there is no hot water for showers. I'm sure it's a casino tactic but its very poor quality.nnMy suggestions next time I come to town, stay somewhere else in cripple creek.
Amazing. Hunter is the best VIP ambassador ever. I have been to the wild wood at least 8 times and never offered a player card or had anything explained. I couldnt ask for a better time.
The room was quite large. We had a hard time keeping a good temperature in the room. It was hot or cold, nothing in-between.
