This casino was just okay. You could tell it was renovated without much thought, though. Everything feels a little half-thought through regarding placement and design, etc.

My wife and I spent an afternoon and, evening at this superb hotel and, casino. We also spent the night. This is an excellent historic and, Christmas decorated inn and casino. Very clean, the staff was wonderful and, helpful in every way. Ronda personally checked me in, we had a very nice visit, almost like family. We will most certainly be going back again when in Colorado. We also had very good luck at the slots.

I love this quaint adorable little place. A group of friends and I have stayed here twice now. Rooms are small but cute. Marlene and Debbie at the bar are awesome! So friendly. All staff makes you feel right at home. Casino is very nice also. Would have given 5 stars except for Rhonda at check in. She is very nice but seems very confused? It took almost 2 hours to check in BOTH times we have come. Once in June and once in Sept. We even called to confirm with confirmation numbers before we came up for our 4 rooms and everything. Great place, just wish we could get checked in easier.

This was a last minute decision to visit...and we weren't disappointed. This placed is decked out with everything Christmas. The casino, the hallways, the rooms, everywhere you look, it's Christmas. We even had candy canes on our pillow. We'll definitely be back.

The Christmas Inn is over the top with Christmas spirit. At first, the hotel is wonderful with period rooms that have been remodeled. But if you're going to all this trouble, you might want to do a better job. Such as, new carpet that isn't stained and worn out, a shower curtain that ACTUALLY covers the rod and fits the tub. And most of all, the idea of a fan in the window blowing in hot air all day, and NOT cooling the room, is a big problem. The room stayed at 78 degrees all day and night. Neither one of got any sleep. A small air conditioning unit in the window would have made up for the problems. Come on Bronco Billy's, your raking in the cash, invest a bit of those winnings on your hotel guests.
