Won!!!money at casino in Colorado
The hotel staff were all very rude and disgruntled every encounter we had. The staff were loud and obnoxious at 7am, while cleaning the rooms. They made an incredible amount of noise. Called in to the front desk to ask for a late checkout, as seen on the website. The information given said late checkout could be given up to 2pm, but when I called they gave us half an hour past regular checkout, and were incredibly rude about it as well. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel, especially considering the room prices. I would NOT recommended anyone stay here. It was not a good experience, if anything it was uncomfortable.
My boyfriend surprised me with an anniversary get away and booked the king deluxe room for us. The bed was HORRIBLE. I barely slept these past two nights. The bed is hard and the pillows are horrible. Woke up sore and with a headache each day. The room is a bit small but not too bad, it is right across from the parking garage so the light was hard to keep out and we kept hearing the horns honk. THIS ROOM IS NOT SOUND PROOF. We could hear every thing that went on in the hallway and in other rooms. The Casinos were fun but we won't be booking a room here again.
Booked 2 “deluxe king” rooms. One was much smaller and no view. Both had horrible beds and vinyl/plastic pillows (would have brought our own if we new). Rooms not soundproof (could hear next store guests doing the dirty in the middle of the night). One room the fan kept turning off and on very loudly every 5 minutes. Needless to say nobody got any sleep and we all took off early in the morning to go home to sleep. Not a fun trip at all. Front desk could care less when we told them our concerns. Last stay a few months ago was fantastic (booked a suite, no issues....but suites were all taken this time). Would not recommend at all if you want to get any sleep.
casino thats part of a 3 party system known as the triple crown...has decent wins but jackpots are kind of small. 400 on some machines are considered a jackpot. Has decent games but not very big.
