Was just at the brand new building and received my order with the addition of a long black hair in my steak bowl. Tried to call the number to let them know that someone needs to “net their locks” but the phone number has a voicemail box that’s not been set up.

I went for a quick burrito and instead got poor service and was insulted by the 16 year old girl working the window who thought she was being funny. Not the first time at this location for subpar service. Train them in some basic courtesy anyone in a food industry should have

Best staff ever. I'd drive farther to get the chance to deal with the staff here. Keep up the good work!

This was my first experience here and it was absolutely incredible. The assistant manager was so nice and enthusiastic. So wonderful, I absolutely had to come leave a review! ❤ufe0f

So far, OK start for this new location. The customer service at the drive thru has been above average. But, missing items in the order and not having the special orders labeled in our order is frustrating. I called to let them know we were missing an item. They said they couldn't credit my card without me there in person. They said I could come back and they'd replace the item and comp it, or I could come back the next day for a refund. Neither option was worth it to me. I will go back, they are more good than bad, but have room for improvement.
