Lake Shasta Caverns

Loved this tour. It was a nice little boat ride across the lake. The ride up to the cave made my son scared (doesn't like heights). The view was breathtakingly beautiful. The guide in the cave was very knowledgeable and friendly. Note - lots of stairs!

The tour was wonderful. Guides were well informed and had answers to all our questions. It takes about 2 hours from the initial boat ride to complete the tour.

I had low expectations. Very low. We have visited dozens of caves and caverns over the years. I have literally been to every one run by the National Parks Service.nnLake Shasta Caverns didn't disappoint. All of the employees were friendly and full of information.nnThe boat ride was nice and the pilot knew what he was doing. The grounds were well maintainer. Everything was just great.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Had a fun time with the wife and kids. Souvenirs are decent price.

awesome place.. friendly guides.. good getaway for couple of hours but you've to be physically fit to really enjoy the place. be ready to go up and down around 1000 stairs and few slopes.
