Humboldt Redwoods Interpretive Visitor Center

Lovely little spot with free coffee and a fun little museum. This place is entirely free. They also have some nice little cards and magnets and other gift items to buy as mementos or gifts for friends and family.nTheir bookstore had a great range of titles. I appreciated their variety of titles by indigenous authors.nAnd cause it’s important, bathrooms were pretty clean. But they are outside the main building.

This was a nice stop along our drive through the Redwoods. The visitor center had great exhibits and further information about the Redwoods and area wildlife, and a nice gift shop.

The Redwoods are incredible. We ventures through the auto-tour and made it half way through before the kids got tired. It's beautiful, historical, and certainly worth the drive! This was our second time coming, and I'm glad our kids got to see it.

Lots of great information about the area. Free entrance. Good gift shop. Free parking.

Great little museum, lots of information on the Redwood Forrest, nice camping area, along with a crosscut of Redwood trunk with date tags. Worthwhile stop if you are interested in the Forrest. We enjoyed and you'll probably will too.
