I got my nails done here for the first time in years and I was very happy with the whole experience. Super friendly and very good prices!
I loveeeee this place went there for the first time today. Kim an her husband are just the sweetest ever. An my nails are wonderful I will most definitely be goin back!
If I could post this with a negative 5 I would! Walked in their was one other customer and they were being attended to. Meanwhile I’m ask to take a seat at the booth. The woman disappears for ten minutes, comes back and sits down with a lady that came in after me and starts interacting with her doing her nails! I’d never been in this place before! The lady that does nails proceeds to tell me how she’s ran a business for 19 years, being very very rude to me. Their is definitely lack of customer service skills. You need people skills, the lack of intelligence you show is disgusting, to insult a customer! It’s just something that you don’t ever do!
