Sgt. Dan Smith is the greatest. He actually practices Yoga every day. Friendly man on the beat. Not an enemy in the world. A perfect example how an officer should be. Installs confidence in all around him both in uniform and out. Respected by all.

I’ve lived in RWC for 38 years. Never had a problem with pd until my local police officer died last year RIP. Now we get no help, even when we call numerous times. Dispatch and pd are a joke in friendly acers. JOKE!nnIf u live here just know that even if you have two long time residents on your street in wheel chairs, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN to cars parked in front of handicapped ramps. Also people can park on RED curbs in front of fire hydrants when ever they feel like it with NO repercussions. RWCPD has lost its way. Mainly because the officers dont care because THEY DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!

Went here for a leadership training day and they were wonderful hosts and it was interesting to tour the facility.. they put on some cool demos

This team always has our back at Blacksmith! The bar can count on rwcpd if someone is out of hand or needs some help. Although, we hardly have to ask for it. Thank you all for keeping us safe and being friendly!
