We hired Bayshore plumbers to replace a hot water heater, run a new gas line, and replace a faulty pressure regulator. Their quote came in between some others so I considered the price to be fair. Jose came out and he and his team did quality work with minimal interruption. We had another plumber come out and do some more work and I had some issues with it but Jose was able to fix it. Appreciate him being so responsive and professional. We are enjoying our hot water and water pressure.

Bayshore made two visits to my residence. The first was to assess the problem - turns out the kitchen faucet was leaking and needed replacement; we went to a home improvement store to select an appropriate assembly. The new faucet was installed; in addition, a corroded connection on one of the pipes was replaced.nnIt turned out that the faucet did not function as expected and a small leak was observed; I placed a call to the office the next day and explained the situation; they offered to send the plumber back out that day but that was not going to work for me so we scheduled the return for the following morning.nnUpon his prompt arrival, the plumber replaced 2 worn gaskets and also suggested the drain be replaced as well; I agreed after he showed me the corroded parts. After much flow and pressure testing, it appeared that there were no more leaks.nnFinally, he corrected the installation of the faucet assembly. Turns out he had just overtightened a part which prevented the faucet from performing correctly.nnThe Bayshore plumber was professional, on time and patient under fire. Bayshore Plumbing was responsive to my needs and acted quickly to resolve the situation. I have used them in the past and have no qualms in hiring them in the future.

Jose was a pleasure to work with. We've never had a bad experience with Bayshore Plumbers. Jose provided an estimate to replace our tankless water heater. It was cheaper than other estimates. I requested a different model and he was able to get it and install it within a week.

Bayshore did a great job repairing/replacing our sewer line to the main, so when it was time to replace our 50-year old cast iron water pipes under the house we went with Bayshore again. Marvin and team did great work, explained everything, and cleaned up well. They showed up on time too.

I’ve been very happy using Bayshore Plumbers for my plumbing needs. They are very competent and reliable. I really like that they will come out on an emergency basis, should you need their help on short notice. Both Jaciel and Alex recently have done some work for me that I was particularly happy with. This is a very good plumbing company.
