This review is for the car wash. 5 stars because it’s cheap ($13 for the premium wash), it’s fast (5 minutes start to finish, usually no line), and it gets the job done (my car is clean). If I had a super nice car and cared a bit more about avoiding micro scratches and achieving a head-turning shine I’d consider other options, but at least for now, this is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ll be back.
Car wash only does windshield and part of the roof and only rear sides from driver door back. Not front sides, not hood, not back end. Tri color soap is applied first, then rinsed off before brushes activate. Totally screwed up. Nice facility otherwise.

They never have receipts for the car wash at pumps, you have always go to the cashier to get one and then go back to you car...
Very clean and the people that work there or extremely helpful and I was surprised to learn that every Shell station is a loop station. If you get a card you can get a free coffee or any size soda drink free each time you visit. There are 28 Loop shell franchises in San Francisco but they do not say Loop they just have food shop on the outside but all you do is ask them if they are Loop participants and let them know you have a card or that you want one and you can get one and the services that come along with it
