The building is kind of small and can be very cramped depending on the event being held. Went here 3/30/2019 for the Reptile Expo. Lots of vendors, lots of beautiful animals, no real discount compared to going to an actual store. In fact, you are losing if you bought anything here because you had to pay for parking and to get in, only to pay MSRP on most things. Restroom was clean. The concession stand inside seems a bit shady. The outside area near the main entrance is hot in the sun and seems run down.
Went there for the GB World Summit in 2019. Great venue!
