Best customer service in a Southern California based buisness I've ever seen. Helpful, cheap and friendly. I had a bathroom faucet leaking and called theme from Home Depot because HD didnt have what I needed. They (Barry) tracked down the part numbers based on a rudimentary description I had of the faucet. Upon arrival the parts were ready AND he (Barry) had a how to diagram printed out for me. He then talked me through a few options. Just to make sure he grabbed one of the local plumbers who was buying supplies and asked his opinion. You can't get that on Amazon and you certainly won't get that type of customer service at Home Depot or Lowes. Highly recommend these guys and if you have to drive, drive! Its worth the trip!
Barry at the solana beach location was incredible and went so far above and beyond that a non-reviewer like myself is posting a review. Our tankless water heater started leaking and became unusable, so after looking at the manufacturer's site for distributers, I called Standard Plumbing in Solana beach. Barry told me that they didn't have the part I needed, but immediately gave me a phone number of someone who might. Barry even said to call him back if that didn't work. After that dead end (the guy was on vacation), Barry gave me yet another number, and Dean from Elk Plumbing was over within an hour. He had the part, fixed the issue, and was incredibly reasonable with pricing. Barry turned a nightmare situation of cold showers in november into a minor hiccup. Thanks again Barry (and Standard Plumbing)!!!
Berry and Aaron are two of the best parts house guys. It's always a pleasure to just walk in the door if I know one or both of them are working at that time. Berry is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will be coming here for as long as I'm a plumber
This shop has everything for my project needs. Barry and Aaron are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and expedite my special orders. The shop has an excellent inventory, ample parking and accessible loading area. Highly recommend MWI Plumbers Supply, Solana Beach location. These guys rock!
This supply shop is excellent. Always have a great inventory. Pricing is very competitive. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Usually work with Barry who is great!
