I had Victor come out to my house on a Saturday. I called about 10 am as I had a back up in my main line. I felt like our problem was an emergency and we appreciate the quick customer service as we felt it was important and urgent. He came out with some great equipment that impressed my friend, who was a plumber and who was also there to help me. Victor was fast efficient and extremely professional. We appreciate his quick response to our “emergency”. I am grateful for how this worked out and how great of an experience we had with ASAP.
Nothing short of terrible to be honest.nnHad water leak from my tankless water heater. Called in and they sent a technician the next day.nnThe tech was like we need to change the water heater right away before even opening the tank and checking the problem. I was like come on man with a smile at least just check, maybe it's just a part. He is like watch as soon as we open the door for heater water will be flowing out.nnHe did open and nothing came out. However he was still adamant that all of it has to be replaced. He also pointed out that if we fix one part, chances are other parts won't function and we will just be wasting money and time. I thought it made sense so I agreed to replacing the whole unit.nnHow much I asked. Said $3100 and I freaked out lol. Long story short negotiated down to $2900. To justify the price he said how much these heaters are expensive and this and that.nnI asked how much is the heater itself. He said $1800. I was like okay $2900 ain't that bad. After he left I look up the water heater online and I see it for $1000 retail ud83eudd26♂ufe0fnnI bought it and canceled ASAP plumbing and hired another company to install.nnMoral of the story they feed on your stress and fear that you will be without hot water and mark up everything. Bunch of lies during the pitch that you should change.nnIn one word, just not honest.
Unfortunately discovered a water leak above my living room area mid morning. ASAP was able to get one of their Techs over to our house in the late afternoon time. The Tech, Sean, was very helpful and went over the whole routine. He was able to address and correct the issue in a fair amount of time that didn't run too late that would disturb my neighbors. We were very pleased with the services provided and Sean taking the time to go over future precautions that we could take to mitigate a similar issue in the rest of our plumbing/piping.
I've continually had issues with ancient pipes in my apartment, over the years building management has sent out numerous companies to work on them. This is the best I've seen. Ceasar was clean and efficient with his work, and even took out the trash I made from trying to contain an overflow. Fantastic job and on time for their appointment.
