Sam to the rescue! I called him this morning to describe how our toilet was failing to flush. We had a nice and informative conversation over the phone as he explained all the possibilities and related costs to solve the problem. Later on in the evening he was able to swing by to repair the issue. He was respectful, wore a mask and booties, and kept us informed on what he found. Who knew a long plastic part from our toilet seat was blocking the entire suction?! he figured it out within a few minutes and all is working again. I suggest and will be calling him again for all plumbing related work. Thank you, Sam!
