The absolute best!!! I called three companies for a broken copper pipe outside that T's into my house and onto a hose bib. The hose bib side is the side that broke. One company didn't answer. Another company was able to come out right away, but was far above our price point. Mike said he was booked solid, but send him some pictures and he'll take a look. After viewing the pictures, he called back saying that it would be an easy fix and he could squeeze me in. The price he quoted me was about half of what the other company quoted me. He arrived within an hour. He was quick and courteous. He even let my two teenage boys watch him do the repair while explaining what he was doing, which they enjoyed immensely. When we find someone we can trust we stick with them. We will be sticking with Carroll Plumbing and recommending them to others! Thank you Mike!!!

Mike Carroll of Carroll Plumbing called me back after I called the company to see if they had any appointments. He talked me through some questions I had over the phone, and was courteous and helpful in advising me about angle stops and hosing. He didn't rush the call and was responsive to give answers that I could understand. I plan on having Carroll Plumbing help with my future plumbing needs.
