Great job done by Cary. Showed up on time, diagnosed the issues and fixed them for a good price. We now have a steady flow of hot water in our kitchen faucet! Also fixed shower in our guest bathroom. Will call Plumbers Escondido Drain again for any of our plumbing issues.

Rob was very knowledgeable, he was punctual, clean and thorough. I highly recommend him if you have issues with water heaters. He seems to know them inside and out.

Do you guys install tankless water heaters? I'm really considering one because I've heard they heat up quicker. Our old-school water heater takes forever to heat up the water.

Rob came out late when our toilet was overflowing, clogged beyond the help of a plunger. He really went the extra mile and cleaned everything up when he didn’t have to.
