I hadn't had heat for almost two weeks. Garrett came in and fixed the problem immediately without an enormous price. He was polite, wore a mask and did a fantastic job.nThank you Garrett, and thank you Will for setting up an earlier appointment.

I was very happy with the services from Thompson‘s, especially Garrett who is very knowledgeable about heating problems and maintenance and Is a true professional! I had a another company come out and tell me I needed a new heater, mine is only two years old, because they couldn’t find out what was wrong. My heating system kept going out And blinking error codes only in the AM hours.... And it was an intermittent problem. But Garrett stayed dedicated to the problem and situation and came back three times to find the exact problem and get it addressed. Very happy with his service! I highly recommend calling Thompson’s!

Michael was on time for his appointments, very professional and was able to accomplish the job very quickly! The front office is very friendly and I’m grateful they were able to schedule the work before the holiday!
