So I bought my Boncor Water system in April 2017 and we got off to a rocky start . First the technician dropped the unit and had to come back with a new one . Then they had problems putting in the piping under my concrete but finally made progress so overall I was happy . What struck me was the professionalism and we will get it done , . Fix it attitude of the employees . When you spend considerable money you want the best . The system worked like a charm until last week when I got a strange optical sensor error . I contacted Boncour spoke with the office and Donnie and my unit was replace today . Overall I give this company out of Escondido 5 stars for their quick customer service and resolution for their willingness to listen and take care of the customer but most importantly for standing by their customer . I would highly recommend this office for your Bancor system . One very happy client not to mention love the soft water it is saving my appliances and my pool .
