This is a well organized establishment. The workers have red hats and are very visible and polite. I purchased the platinum service. I feel I could have got the same service with a lower priced plan. Maybe just get the audio wash and vacuum next time. Much of the car was still dirty, needed to be hand washed and needed to be dried better. I had lines running down the side of my car from left over water dripping down that wasn't dried. There were also hand prints on doors, windows and side panels. The cashier was very friendly.
This place use to be really good, unfortunately quality of service went down the drain...big time. I gave this place a bunch of second chances.... no more.. last few times they left windows dirty..carpets not vacuumed properly....they put shiny stuff all over my truck, even though I specifically told them not to. Then there's an issue with them trying to charge for services I didn't ask for....overall it's bad service...starting from the guy that greets you all the way to the cashier... save yourself some time and money...go elsewhere
High quality, fast service, fair prices. They took really good care of my car when I went in for a Gold Wash and seat cleaning mini-detail service. I drive a little bit further to go to Encinitas Car Wash and I am never disappointed!
Come here and the other one up Encinitas blvd all the time, they do both do a good job but both say they close at 5 on Sunday and were both closed by 4. Bummed, please update your hours.
The employees are lovely! So many people are ready to clean your car speedily! I payed for a platinum wash and recieved a great exterior wash. However, the interior cleaning was not the best. Everyone was so kind, and be sure to tip the person who cleaned your car!
