Del Taco

I have made three attempts to order in the dining room but no more. I have literally watched as the person behind the counter acknowledge my presence by eye contact yet says not a word. Once a finger I guess telling me to hold on was lifted. Of which I did for about 5 min. I ordered one item and mid sentence of the next was told hold on I have to do something. That something was take an order from the drive through. The hours of being allowed to order in the dinning room has changed basically to what feels like is most convenient for the day. The opening or closing manager. Zero consistency. I have managed to get a few meals and the food was delicious. You just have to be willing to wait as you stand there and wonder if your wish had come true at the wrong time of being invisible. But first one must be lucky enough to go when the place is allowing visitors to come take a tour of the inside.

I ordered a beyond California burrito with no cheese or sour cream. So when I got home I was expecting to see my guacamole in it and the beans that I paid an extra 60 cents for. None of that was in there, and the fries were so salty. Then there was some sauce that I didn't know that suddenly came on the burrito? Anyways I'm disappointed after paying 8 dollars and I can't even eat it.

This particular location was the slowest one I've ever seen. With 2 cars ahead in the drive through it took 30 minutes. At least the food tasted much better than most others.

30 minutes in the Drive Thru. The guy in front of me LEFT so they questioned my order, TWICE. It shouldn't be hard to skip an order if the customer ahead of me left. Then, I get home to find my LEMONADE is WATER! THERE'S NO FLAVOR of lemon at all. The fries were good, out of my #10 CombonTerrible. Should have stayed in the IN N OUT LINE. ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

Dec 13th 2020… its nice to see that the push to have non meat combos failed. They brought back all the combos that they took off the menu. Also during Covid either pay exact cash.. tip them the change or use a card.nnAs always...this is fast food but it's a go-to for tacos and Burritos.
