The washers are amazing! And the dryers they keep their temp hot at all times. One of my new favorite places to wash

The attendant at the San Marcos branch stole my phone charger, and, was extremely rude when I politely, and non-accusingly, asked her if she had seen it. Other branches are fine. Otherwise, not extremely expensive.

2 huge bottles of my soap and downy softer simply disappeared while I was bringing my clothes back to my car! The girl there was no help. Ridiculous!

I been here very early in the morning because it gets crowded fast but they have plenty of room the lady seem to be cleaning and sanitizing alot and it's very convenient to use the card instead of quarters it's pretty cheap too especially for the big machines.

homeless people are an issue everywhere, but here I just felt plain unsafe when i was walking from my car with my kids. Another homeless person was inside washing his clothes half nude. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.
