A Fast Plumbing & Drain

Kevin did not communicate what time he would get to our home. We left our home to get some food to a place that's less than 10 min away. He arrived during that time. When we got back Kevin walked right by my husband and went into the first open door. He ended up going through our bathroom and master bedroom. Incredibly unprofessional. At this point I was in the Kitchen when he walked in. He didn't say a word to me either. He had a very poor attitude the whole time he was looking at our water heater. I don't know if he knows that he's in the service industry.nHe lit the pilot and left the gas line open when he left. He also tried going back through our master bedroom. Then he quoted my husband $1800 to replace our water heater. New water heaters run around $700. $1100 for labor just does not sit right to me.nnI'm sure others have had better experiences. Maybe different jobs and caught him on a better day but this was our experience.

Kevin was very knowledgeable in the all the repairs we needed. He was able to correct the piping that previous renters had tried to reroute. In addition, he has replaced three water heaters at three different locations. He was responsive to all our requests and was able to fix everything in a timely manner. We were fortunate to work with a professional who went above and beyond. He even went as far as saving us the trouble and called the manufacturer himself regarding the recalls of the specific model. We recommend Kevin to anyone who wants a seamless experience!

Kevin replaced my Mom's water heater. Kevin removed the old water heater and replaced with a new one. It took him about an hour. Kevin seems like a nice guy and did a good job. I think his prices are higher than most. He charged me $1300.00 to install a water heater that I could have bought myself for less than $700.00. I am sure he can get it for less than that. I'm sorry, but I feel this is extreme and I feel I was taken advantage of. Labor to install a water heater $500.00+ Really? Then he proceeds to tell me that he should have charged me extra for a difficuIt installation. Really? My Mom is 88 years old and needed water. The water was off for several hours, it had flooded a closet inside the house. I called Kevin because my neighbor recommended him. Not knowing what he was going to charge until he completed the job, I felt like I just had to pay his price. Did not have the time to shop around. I cannot recommend this company.nKevin chooses to make excuses about his prices as you can see in his reply to this review. Bottom line is the water is a $700.00 water heater. I have checked the make and model and that is what this water heater would cost us, the consumer. He can say what he wants to make himself look good. As, to me being more realistic as to what professional plumbers charge. I have used many plumbers for various reasons. I know what plumbers charge for their work. My nephew is a plumber, but he is not local. If your looking for a plumber, before you use this guy, make sure you call two or three other plumbers for estimates. This guy gives you an invoice with no break down on cost for parts because he doesn't want you to know. I asked him how much the water heater was and he would not tell me. Anyway, just trying to save anyone reading this a little money.

He was very prompt. He fixed our clogged drain quickly without making any mess. This is the second time we have called him. I would definitely use him again. Very polite and personable.

I have been using A Fast Plumbing for nearly 4 years, Kevin is the first call I make for any plumbing issue. He has been very responsive and easy to work with. I recently had an issue with a plumbing problem and Kevin was tied up on another project. I had to call another company and the only good that came out of that was, I realize how important it is to work with a reputable plumber. Long story short was the other company wanted to charge thousands of dollars to fix what they thought was the problem. So I waited for Kevin to become available and he fixed the correct problem very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kevin for all your plumbing needs!
