I called Cleaner Choice when I was in a jam with one of my Real Estate transactions. With closing day quickly approaching, the seller decided to have the carpets cleaned last minute. His usual carpet cleaner no showed and when I called Cleaner Choice to schedule- Nick put me on the books the very next day. Nick was prompt to provide an invoice for my seller and communicated so well with regards to arrival time and what to expect after the cleaning. What sets apart Cleaner choice from other carpet cleaners is the quick dry process. This was super beneficial for our situation because the buyers planned to do their final walk through just as Nick was finishing up. So easy! I contacted cleaner choice to have my carpets cleaned from pet stains and odors to possibly avoid replacement by landlord. He came right at 8:30am (I myself was late) and he was very profession and friendly and he tested my carpets and he gave me his honest opinion that they won’t come all the way clean and will still need replacement. He also advised me the price I was quoted by landlord was fair. I feel an overall sense of relief after this knowing that I am not being scammed by landlord and he was very honest and did not want to charge me for cleaning because of the inevitable replacement. I will definitely find some way to hire him in the future such as upholstery cleaning at my new house. Thank you for the friendly face and sense of relief!
