My experience with this company was on the road. My car was malfunctioning and I was trying to get over as I accidentally cut one of their employees off in the process. The bald angry man who was driving decided to pull up behind me as if he was going to hit my vehicle, swung his door open, stormed over to my car and pounded on my window. I was terrified and yelled at him to get away from my car. He continued to scream at me before punching my window. I’m shaking and trying to get as far away from him as possible before I finally am able to pull over and take a breath. I think about what to do and end up calling showtime plumbing to report him. The manager tells me he will look at the footage (they have cameras in their vans) and the man will be punished IF he did that. I asked him to please let me know what ends up happening and he told me he let the guy go. Hopefully that’s true.
