East Winds Dry Cleaners

I was told my shirts would be ready by Tuesday when I dropped them off on Thursday. Mind you that these are work shirts I need for my job, and without them I am basically up the creek. I’ve never had a problem with this place before, but when you tell me my shirts will be ready Tuesday that is what I expect. You would think 4 days would be enough time to have these shirts cleaned, but when I showed up they were in East Greenwich and still dirty! Unacceptable. I had to put on a dirty shirt for work tonight, then when my shirts were delivered to my work place by my request they were in a dirty heap. When I told him I needed them done by the next day at 3, they were unable to guarantee this. I’m sorry to lose my longtime dry cleaners but I just can’t in my right mind go to someplace where there word isn’t solid and things aren’t done when they are supposed to be

I've been using these folks for over a year. They always provide prompt and good service. My buttons have never been burnt apart and clothes never lost or ruined (all experience at other local cleaners).Price is equal or less than others.

Made a phone call to ask a question and the person who answered was extremely rude. She said she was too busy. I understand busy but she could have asked me if I wanted to hold or call back. One lost customer.....
