Absolutely delicious and excellent prices for the quality, quantity, and freshness of the food. My sandwich was large enough for two meals and the soup was delicious. I actually did end up having the other half for dinner.
The owner definitely loves Star Wars, and the props and memorabilia range from common to memorable. He's fun to talk to if he has a spare moment.
We went for lunch, and finding the place was the hardest part. Everything our group tried from the menu was delicious. It's hard (impossible) to go wrong. The shop seems almost hidden as the signs are very small, but once you know it's there, this gem is easy to find.
Haven't been there in years but stopped by for a meatball sub and it was great, friendly staff only drawback is their hours other than that supreme
Fantastic subs thanks
Called in an order for myself and mom and the woman who answered didn't have a pleasant, tone - she sounded like I was bothering her and was in a rush to get me off the phone. Customer service is always my first impression of a new place I visit. The woman I spoke with said our order would be ready in 10 minute. Upon our arrival (this was about 15 minutes past the time they were supposed to be open), their doors were locked - I had my mom who is disabled/visually impaired and when things like that happen, she has a really hard time. The man who opened up the doors also didn't have a welcoming personality at the least, he should have apologized for us having to wait - He was nice afterwards though. There was one younger employee who was welcoming from the beginning, had a smile and pleasant and had it not been for her, I would have left 2 stars. Now the sandwiches: I enjoyed the sandwiches, the bread was great. My mom thought they were to salty and after she said that, I also noticed but it's nothing that would keep me from enjoying it myself. The meat and fixens tasted good, very flavourful.
Excellent sandwiches! Not a big place but you get a huge sandwich for your money. My favorite is the Why-not.
