State Police

Yesterday when I was going to work in the morning, a truck hit my car at Higway 95 south on exit 14. I called 911 and immediately a policeman came to my rescue. He was extremely kind and careful. And during the afternoon I had to go to the police station, all the policemen EVERYONE who attended me were super polite, kind, attentive, professional, and I felt really good, because I was very nervous. I wanted to thank you, it changed my day that started so bad. May God continue to bless and care for you every day.

I just called to ask a simple question and trooper was more than friendly and helpful !ty r.i. troopers for all u do for us!

Called the non emergency line today 10/14/19 to ask a simple question and to get advise the lady on the other line was of no help, was in a rush to get off the phone and from what I gathered illiterate. Please do a better job of hiring people who can actually answer phones and show a little initiative.

Excessively violent and aggressive.

3 PHONE CALLS OVER A HOUR WAIT WHILE BROKEN DOWN BLOCKING A FULL LANE OF TRAFFIC ON 95 AND YOU NEVER SHOWED UP
