My husband, Ron, and I were very happy with the service that Gem provided. Jim was able to take out and put in a new toilet and vanity. He did a great job. He also did plumbing work in our shower that needed repairing. Jim was very meticulous in his work, extremely professional, and was easy to talk with. He made sure that everything was working properly before he left and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with his work. He is outstanding in what he does. Great experience using GEM for the installation of a ductless AC system. Everyone from my initial contact with the company through the consultation, scheduling, and installation process was exceedingly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Potential issues were identified in an initial walk through, so the technicians who performed the installation were fully prepared. The job was completed efficiently and all involved were GEM employees, so there was no waiting around for another contractor to show up. I am very happy with the final result. I would highly recommend GEM to anyone thinking of using them!

I made arrangements with GEM to do a total heat and hot water gas conversion, which was a pleasant process. We settled on a quote and a date was set. My old equipment just needed to last me another few months. But around 8:00 pm one evening I found my old electric water heater started leaking all over the basement and so I cut the power and cleaned up the mess before it could do any damage. I was now in immediate need of a new water heater and waiting until the gas conversion to replace it was no longer an option for me. I emailed my project manager Josh at 7:00 am the next morning and he called me within 5 minutes to give me a plan for installing a new electric tank that same day, and altered my upcoming gas conversion to be furnace only. Josh was able to get a crew to my house within just a few hours. I also asked if they could move the location of the tank about 8 feet because the old location was partially obstructing a doorway, and they took care of it no problem. They drained and removed the old tank and had the new one ready to go by 2:30 pm. I am so impressed and satisfied with how quick, painless, and easy this was for me. GEM is legit. If you’re looking for top tier professionals, you’ve found them.

The guys who came and installed our mini-split were fantastic! Byron, Bruno and Mike A. Are a great team! They did such an amazing job and were so friendly and courteous. They took such care working in our home making sure everything was cleaned up as they went along and before they left. I would highly recommend this team. They made sure to explain everything throughout the process and again gave a detailed explanation of everything at the end. 5 stars for this crew!

The technician arrived about an hour earlier than planned with an advance call ahead. The AC service was done within an hour, outside and in the attic. He explained the system, how the safety features worked as he took careful measurements of the cool air from the vents. Very courteous, careful, competent service.
