Martel Plumbing & Heating

17MAR21 Ray and Arnie of Martel Plumbing and heating just replaced our leaking hot water tank. We found the leak today at 11:30 AM. It is almost 4 pm and we have a new tank installed heating up our water. Other plumbing companies never even answered the phone. Calling a plumber is often the beginning of a nightmare. We got several prices and all the quotes were within $100 of each other. Martel Plumbing answered the phone first, and had plumbers here in one hour. Ray and Arnie were both competent, thoughtful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend MARTEL PLUMBING for ANY JOB. I hope you get Ray and Arnie.

I hired Martel to replace my boiler and water heater with a new high-efficiency combination unit. They were very responsive to my inquiries, and their quote was very reasonable. When they were here doing the work, Kyle and Jimmy were absolutely fantastic. They were very respectful of me and my property. Even between days at the house, they left all their tools and my basement very clean and organized. Kyle, in particular, did a fabulous job explaining the new system to me, showing me how everything works, and making sure all my questions were answered. Very impressed with the level of service I received! Highly recommend!

Super impressed and satisfied with their work. Never thought I would consider a boiler and a water heater 'pretty' but they proved me wrong - left the place cleaner than they found it too. I wouldn't use any other company in Rhode Island now. I will be a life long customer. Jim (owner) priced everything very fairly, Jess (his wife and business partner) was super helpful throughout the entire process, and Kyle (installed everything) and the other technician did one hell of a great job. Happy Holidays!nnSide note (12/24/20): I had an issue with another heating system today that was completely sepererate from the install they did yesterday and they came out and got it fixed at no cost on Christmas Eve...need I say more? Best damn company I've come across. I wish all of the companies I work with were as good as these guys.

This is the second time we have used Martel Plumbing and Heating for a major project and they were just as awesome as the first time. We just bought a new house that had no air conditioning at all. After talking to Carl and walking around the new house with him, we decided on ductless mini splits for our extra long ranch house. We were able to get the project started two weeks later (5 days after we moved in) and it went great. It took two days and Carl and Mark were great!! They definitely worked their butts off the gets the much needed cooler air into our home for us and they were professional, yet funny and great to be around. They knew their stuff and planned out the project effortlessly. Bottom line is that this company has skilled people doing their work and I would recommend them to anyone. My in laws have even used them as well. You can't go wrong with Martel!

Glad I called !! There were quick to respond to my water heater leaking!! They fixed other issues they seen which I didn't notice ..till they pointed it out which would of flooded my basement...price was fair and the staff did awesome job..thanks guys..
