I have never cried after having my hair done before, but they say there's a first for everything. Do not waste your time and money, i wish there had been more reviews to go by before I came here. First of all the owner and staff were entirely rude, but had they done a decent job I could look past that. My hair was butchered, came out brassy and hastily cut and I was rushed out of there. They did not even bother to blow dry it completely because it was close to closing and the owner was urging my hairdresser to finish up quickly so they could close up for the night because he had an event. I had to go spend double the money anyone would expect to pay because I had to rebook with a better salon the next day...but it was worth the repar. It was a horrible experience I wish I had avoided altogether and would like to urge others not to put yourself through the cost and trouble.
Bi Design is a salon that offers personal care and consideration of client's needs. I have been a client there for at least 18 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair cut/style needs.
I had four haircuts at this establishment since it was in close proximity to my home before I decided not to continue going there. The Stylist did not take Direction on how to do my hair and the results were always less than good. And this was just a wash cut and blow-dry.
