Eloisa is Awesome!! I went during my lunch break and all I can say is she's always so nice and makes my wraps just how I want them. They always look and taste so good! Defiantly recommend this location! Thank you for amazing customer service and always having fresh ingredients!!
All the food looked fresh and full, it was super clean. Our artist greeted us right away, apologized for having to do a large "door dash" order first and cleaned washed everything including her hands between orders. Made our sandwiches to perfection.
Always busy and they make you wait 20 minutes while they are making online orders before they even acknowledge your in their store i will never go to this place again
We went into this Subway on Monday night. We walked in and the employee didn't say a word to us. She was working on grub hub orders and pretty much ignored is. This went on for at least 15 min. Then when she did take our order she barely put any meat on my sandwich. It literally tasted like a big chunk of bread. Was not filling at all. I would definitely recommend your employees be more friendly and make a sandwich that is worth paying 7 dollars for! Being completely ignored was not cool. Just a hey, i will be right with you! I just need to finish this order, would have been great.
the bill was decent. food is like a restaurant in jacksonville i liked.
