Ask for Pauline OHara. She is excellent! She was so patient and responsive to my millions of questions. I can not recommend her and Berkshire Hathaway Realty in Bowling Green, Kentucky enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Went to go look at a commercial property, James Cook didn’t even greet me, instead he looked at his phone the whole time! He told me to just walk around and see if I like it...? Didn’t explain any amenities or provide any info on the building. There was, what looked like, brand new wood flooring put in next to disgusting carpets. When I asked if the carpets would be replaced or if they had any plans for the flooring. He couldn’t even give me straight answer because he was so consumed with his phone! I already rent a commercial location for my business downtown. I was honestly just exploring options to expand. I had my checkbook in my car ready to put a deposit down and start paperwork for 2-3 year lease, as loosely discussed the day before on the phone, and he treated me like trash. I went ahead and told him I wasn’t interested and that it seemed like he had better things to do on his phone. Whatever he said to me sounded smart but I didn’t pay attention. If Berkshire Hathaway reads this please do not listen to him if he says it’s untrue. I don’t just write reviews for my own personal enjoyment. Business was not conducted professionally that day.
